✔ A Full Day of 1:1 Collaboration – 8 hours dedicated exclusively to your project. We’ll communicate via email throughout the day for seamless approvals and feedback.
✔ Pre-Session Prep Work – A short questionnaire to ensure we’re aligned on goals and deliverables before the session.
✔ High-Quality, Ready-to-Use Design Assets – Your final deliverables will be polished, formatted, and ready to implement immediately.

How The Design Intensive Works

Establish Your Goals
Upon inquiry, you’ll put together a priority list of items for me to accomplish during the day. Be mindful to put them in order of importance because we might not have time to get to the bottom of your list. After booking, you’ll organize all the proper information that I need to hit the ground running (such as copy, imagery, full brief, or die-lines) before our scheduled time together.

Quick Turnaround
On the day, I'll check in halfway through to send current work in progress to make sure we're on the right track design-wise. I will be sending through drafts and working through your revisions in real time. You'll give me the go-ahead or any feedback for adjustments moving forward. Toward the end of the day, I'll send you the final proof. We've budgeted in a bit of time for revisions after this proof, if necessary.

Wrap Up & Launch
Upon wrap up, I’ll send you the final design proof for the day. We'll pick up where we left off on another design day if you have more extensive needs. Otherwise, I'll send the final files your way by the following morning!

Our typical starting project rate starts at $750 and can range to $2,000+ for Design Intensives

You’ll choose a spot on my calendar and once we've made sure your tasks will fit into the 1 x day (or more), I'll book you in. You'll then have my undivided attention for a full 6 hours. Before your design day kicks off you'll send me the content with tasks you’ll want me to complete during our time together. We’ll tick off items one by one from your list, focusing on your most important priorities first.

I'll spend my entire working day designing and completing the tasks we've discussed. I will just need you once for feedback and then on standby for any clarifications or confirmations if need be.

Great question! Before I get you booked in for a VIP Day, we will chat about exactly what you'd love to have done and I will make sure that your scope will fit into the 6 hours penciled in. If I can see the tasks won't quite fit into a day, I will offer you a second VIP Day to ensure we get everything done.
My VIP Days are different from other offerings as I will guarantee we will get your tasks completed in 1 day (or 2 if I let you know we'll need the extra time).

Absolutely! Either via email or on a consult call, I’ll provide a recommendation based on what you’ve told me about your project for how many days we'll need. Once we are both happy with either 1 or 2 days, I'll get you fully booked in on the day/s that work for you.

I've spent years on my design skills so while it may seem like I am speeding through, this is only because I have learned how to work quickly and efficiently. I am used to multitasking many projects per month, so when it comes to our design days and working 1:1 on just one project at a time, this allows me to focus squarely on your tasks and tick them all off. You'll be suprised at how much we can get done!
